History

Established in 1988 by Niko Gorgolis, Niko’s Gyros started as a small seasonal operation specializing in Gyros, Burgers, and Dairy Treats in Waukesha, Wisconsin. In a few short years, Niko’s expanded its building and its operation as a year round establishment. In 1999, Niko’s Gyros expanded to Oshkosh, Wisconsin near the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh campus.
